Keep getting calls on my celly from this number, never leave voicemails, and I don't know who they are. Can anyone tell me who they are please? I am registered with the "Do Not Call" list for home and cell phone. Stupid people...SMH
I get this call all the time too, and when I answer, they always hang up, so I can't really tell them not to call. Also, when they called the other day, I answered and the person started heavy breathing, just a couple of times then hung up.
