I got a call from this number and wasn't able to answer right away, even though it was a local number and I thought there might be a chance it was someone I would know. Then a few minutes later they texted me: "Call me" Seemed very suspicious, because I assume anyone I know who would text me from a number that isn't saved in my phone would have the courtesy to explain who they are. I tried to find any information about the number on the internet, but all that comes up is a website claiming that this number belongs to some woman who is a registered democrat (which doesn't make this any less suspicious). Finally I called the number back from a public phone (I sure as hell wasn't calling back from my own cell phone) and when someone picked up I heard some music and some woman eventually said "hello" in a very gravelly voice before immediately hanging up. BIZARRE!
