[email protected] is the email address that we're receiving messages from. We're in Ottawa Ontario, Canada.
This person is trying to scam us now. Thank you all for the information. It's unfortunate the police won't do anything about this here.
Oh my God.......me too!!!!!!! What the hell are they after.....sending a false check will get the FBI involved, especially since they seem (in my emails anyway) targeting Military Bases. And who in there right mind (when it is such an old scam) would cash a check and send the balance anywhere?

It is easy to contact the FBI guys, their number is in the local directory (HOMELAND SECURITY).....I am also going to contact the Marine base that is next to my house........We are coming for you guys.....Again: DON'T MESS WITH US AMERICAN'S........WE ARE OF ALL RACES....BUT OF ONE FORCE.....
i ALSO GOT THE SAME TYPE OF EMAIL FROM SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE FROM AN ORIGINIZATION CALLED W.H.O. (WORLD HEALTH ORIGINIZATION)........I WILL BE CALLING THEM ALSO.

Haha this is funny. I got the same thing. I went along with it because I thought it was too funny. She said she was in peurto rico, her dad is in denver and she goes to college for her masters degree. The ironic thing is that she said she wants to become an international criminologist to study different crime statistics in different countries lol
