Called 8 times in 2 days. I asked to placed on do-not-call list on the first call. 7 more calls have followed. They claim to be from Matthew Survey, calling with a political survey . When I asked where they were based or where they were calling from, they repeated that they were sorry and would stop calling. When I mentioned filing a formal complaint with the government they hung up before I could finish my sentence.
Said they where a survey call and asked if I had time. Said no I'm having dinner now and hung up. Called 5 more times after that. In one day. Last call they left a message. Just heard breathing on the message. Lasted about 45 seconds. Super creepy !
