Who called from 7241770000

I have no idea who this is or what the purpose of the call is since no message has ever been left and I'm unable to get a connection when calling the number. It's quite frustrating as I'm on the Do Not Call list and they call me multiple times each day

724-177-0000 calls my home phone several times a week.  I am unable to block the number.  When I dial the number, I get no ringing, no person, no system, and no voicemail.  It is silence.  I'm on the PA Do Not Call List.

Called and told me they hand info on my penn power account.  I don't have penn power.  She laughed when I threatened to call BBB.

I keep getting calls from this number also.
