I have asked several times for them to stop calling me 3-4 times a day.

Multiple calls daily to iPhone. No message left. Blocked

They have called me as much as 6 times a day.  Asked to be put on do not call list and they keep calling.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
