Bob, I have filed an official complaint with https://www.donotcall.gov/
I have also contacted The Beaver County Times and reported that solicitors claiming to be from The Beaver County Times are calling and have been asked several times to stop. They apologized and are investigating.

I have been getting this call at random times throughout the day for at least the past week. If I answer or if the answering machine picks up, the line goes dead. I tried calling the number and a heavily accent female voice says all agents are assisting other customers and to please hold, and then the line goes dead.
If this truly is from the newspaper then I'm calling them to cancel my subscription for this harassment.
