Caller ID said 84 Lumber. I didn't notice that it was an out of state area code and answered it. After I said hello, they hung up.

84 Lumber accounting department from headquarters. They don't know anything besides your name and account number. I never speak to them, I call back the store accounting department. A lot easier.
