Called. Didn't answer. Didn't leave message. Caller ID read. Belle Vernon, Pa

Got a call from this number.   Hard to hear her.   Something about my phone service.   Again told her I couldn't hear her and that I was not interested.   She hung up on me.

person keeps harassing 2 or moe  times a day .

called last Monday, left no message. The caller ID says "Belle Vernon  PA"   We have been getting huge variety of these pest calls with a city and state name in the caller ID. Pretty much a confirmation it is a pest call and a scam and do not pick up.
