They have called 4 times within 15 minutes...caller ID "Josephine". First time, i heard the 'bloop'...and hung up. They called 3 more times...some man said "I want to talk to the manager". Another scammer.
Called with a scammer for cheaper electric rates, the woman doesn't take a breathe while she keeps insisting on scamming !! NO means NO but this woman doesn't understand plain english !!!
First, mid-February 2017 call was a woman claiming he was from American Power & Gas offering us a savings over West Penn Power if we would switch. Ask for our WPP account. Tried to politely say No Thank you. Next call, man with same story...my husband asked questions and said he did not want to switch. Again, another phone call....same story from first lady. Again we refused. Two weeks later a letter, March 1, from WPP states our service has been changed! We phone WPP and state we did not want to switch. Thankfully, WPP did not charge us for fixing our problem. Before week was up, the first woman calls again...... today another call from Josephine, PA 724-248-2179. We've received over 10 calls since mid-Feb. Every caller has an Indonesian accent but speaks English; so, how can none of them understand the meaning of NO!
