Answered this 'local' call & all I got was music....tried to call them back & it only rings once but shows you are still connected. I only tried to return their call because I'm waiting for an important work-related call. When I tried a reverse # look-up it all the sites say it is coming from Aliquippa, PA It also states that the carrier is Blue Licenses Holding LLC. I am also on the no-call list!
