Missed a call from this # twice this past week (today's call only rang once and then hung up). I called the # back and it stated I won a $100 gift card and to claim my prize "all I had to do" was pay $9.99 for shipping and handling. Sounds fishy to me since they stated it was an e-certificate. Didn't know shipping has gone up so much for e-mail! I asked the company's name and he stated he was from Creative Expressions. I cannot find anything on-line about this promo, phone number, etc.
Been getting calls from this number lately, and it hangs up as soon as I answer. I know I'm not missing the call because I reacted pretty fast last time. I called back, and got an automated voice saying "Hi, this is Julie," then something about a "special offer" from "one of our affiliates." As soon as it started asking for personal information I hung up.
