This caller is a female voice robo caller trying to "inform" me about solar panels. The caller went into my answering service but had no contact information. Called 3-4 times in one day! Nuisance!
It's one of the better robo calls with voice recognition I have heard. I'm hoping they call again so I can stretch it out to get to a human to set an appointment. The federal DNC registry is about as effective as every other federal program (aka USELESS), so, the most effective battle against this is to make it so it costs them time and money for their efforts. Even if the calling entity is hired by some solar company, if they get enough "leads" that waste their time and they can relate it to that particular telemarketer, they will quit using that telemarketer. My suggestion: If you have even a little bit of time, play along and make it cost them. Set an appointment, string them out and then make it clear the only reason you ultimately say "NO" is because of the telemarketing. NEVER, EVER, give out your credit card or banking information. NEVER!
NOT a person but a recorded voice, cant say operator please and get a person, so listened and said I wanted to speak to a representative. I was going to have my name removed but instead you are put on hold FOREVER.
Now that I have answered they will both call back and sell my name as a live one!
