With the ingenuity of the scammers, the collection agency idiots, etc. I don't answer the phone MOST of the time when I don't recognize the number. It's amazing how one can travel the length of the country in a couple of hours, calling from Texas, then Wisconsin, then Pennsylvania, then California.
And it's the same voice asking for someone I NEVER HEARD OF until they called my number. WHAT'S A PERSON TO DO?
