This company showed up on caller I.D,  as Robert Stephens Custom Jewelers. This company is disgusting and foul over the phone. I couldn't believe the profanity one gentleman used on the phone. It was horrible. If this is the way they treat customers and or potential customers then I pray they close their doors and fall off the earth, I can't even repeat what this so called man had said, it's that awful. I'm a 62 year old woman and these so called people are beyond pathetic and just plain gross. How does a company act this way. how!!
