If you get a call from this number DO NOT pay them. They are nothing but Middle Eastern scam artist trying to get money. They called me today telling me that I owed them for a payday loan that I never took out. They told me that since I didn't want to settle the matter that they were going to send 2 police officers to pick me up and then hung up. First off if they knew the laws of the US you CAN NOT be arrested for a debt, sued yes, arrested no. So needless to say I had a little fun with them and called them back about 20 times asking for their address so that I could send the police officers with the money, the so called "officer" gave me an address with an apartment number it (smart one) after he had to think about it. I told him a business doesn't have an aparment number the dumb [***] could have at least given a suite number would have been smarter. After so many calls he told me to stop wasting his time, I told him that I will not stop calling because he is trying to scam people out of money so I am going to continue to call, I have unlimited minutes on my cell so what the heck. After awhile the calls went straight to voicemail.
I have recently been receiving numerous voicemail messages from this number. The caller identifies himself as "sergeant" somebody (I can't understand the name as he has a heavy, I believe, middle eastern accent.) from "Fair Trade Law Associates". This person's voice sounds very familiar and I believe that I have received calls from him before saying he is from some other organization with a 718 area code. I have since blocked both numbers from calling my cell phone, but I am quite concerned.

This phone number is located in Uniontown, PA on North Gallatin Ave. They are harassing people to pay cash advance for a payday loan that they never received. He said his name was officer Richardson and to sent the payment by wester union or moneygram to obgluscash. This is a scam and don't be frightened into sending any money to these people.
