This guy says he's a officer, he could not pronouce my name correctly what a scam

I have no idea who this is, but like others have said, I believe it's a scam.

I called this number back and the recording said that my service provider routed the number wrong. It gave another number to call and then enter the number i was trying to call. This is obviously a scam
