Caught the call on the first ring.  Fast talking guy asked for me by name, then told me I qualified for a lower rate on my mortgage.  When I said "I don't have a mortgage" he was dumbfounded.  He apologized for the call, and said he would update his records.  Yeah, right.  Whatever records those may be.

Calls but does not leave messages.  When you call back it gives you a voice recording.

Called, but didn't say anything and hung up.  Will add to my block list.
