Who called from 7243989160

Same as Calvin.  Are they calling just to check phone number validity for some nefarious purpose?  Don't pick up.

Is there a college nearby in New Castle or Dickerson Ru, PA.?

Called about 11 am today. Did not pick up and they left no message.  I do not pick up if i do not recognize  the   number.

This is the third time a weird call has come from Pennsylvania. Three different numbers, but they never leave messages. The one time I didn't miss the call and answered.. this number here.. I just heard some unintelligible noises and hung up.

Called about 11:30 am today and didn't talk.

As Hilda said, I'll quit answering if I don't know the number.
