UPDATE - I dialed *57 to trace this call - I use Verizon so the follow-up number is 877.872.2348 to at least have a conversation with my service provider as to who these freaks are and where the caller is located. I really don't care what the charge is from Verizon for this.
this number is registered to "Local Call Back" - this is a deceptive way of hiding the true caller id - it is for VOIP originated or pre-paid telecom services phone calls. the call could originate in China but ringing my phone at 9:34 am on a SUNDAY is really making me angry as I am on the Do Not Call registry. Multiple calls from this number and never a message.

I've gotten several calls from this number, in the evenings and weekends. I called back and got an automated message. I am also on the Do Not Call Registry, but I think non-profits and politicians are still allowed to call.
