Who called from 7244290250

I got a call from 712-429-0250.  Told me that I was 1 of 4 phone numbers in the state to win $1,000 shopping spree.  He said he's from Value Benefits of America.  He also used the 712-429-0248 number.

He gave me this #8669168814 to call.  His name was "fred slaytan" and he said his id # is 5155

I don't recall talking to Value Benefits of America, but I got a package in the mail from them last week, didn't give it much thought.  I get lot's of junk phone calls and mail.  However, they tapped my bank account for $160 yesterday, and I know good and well I never gave them my info.  Anybody else know anything

i didn't get a call but my bank accnt. was hit 3 times for a total of $85.00  and i know i didn't give authorization or the info to do that so how do they do it? what can i do to stop them or get my money back?
