I got a call from this number at 5:47AM and did not answer. At 5:48AM I got a call from a friend who was calling me from Skype. I don't see any telemarketers calling at 5AM so I think the two are related somehow, either this number is related to Skype or this is some sort of 'fake' number that shows up sometimes when a call is Unknown. The call was to my cell which is through AT&T.
I live in another state, a few times lately when I called a relative in Pennsylvania, my number showed up on caller ID as 724-431-6848. This isn't even remotely what my number is, wrong area code, everything!
