July 11, 2011 I got a phone call from this number on my cell phone. When I answered they hung up. When I called back no one answered and then I got a loud, painful noise in my ear. I'd lie to know how they got my cell phone number!!!

They called again today and I answered. The woman was speaking fast and running her words together. I asked her twice where she was calling from and all I could make out was ______ Publications (something Publications, couldn't understand the first word.) She said I had entered a sweepstakes online for $50 off at Olive Garden. I do remember doing that. I don't have a credit card so that was the end of that. Mystery solved for me.
if u go to phone tracker.com and search the number it shows u where the call is coming from for free, but u have to pay to c the persons name cause i got calls from this number too
