Commonwealth Financial Systems.  Another bottom-dwelling debt collector.  This is one of many numbers they use to try and trap the unwary.

this number calls me repeatedly its a debt collection agency. I called back they asked a persons name I said no a I have asked this agency before to stop calling numerous times.  the operator brian hung up a soon a I said he had the wrong person with no apology or anything.  I called back to tell them to remove my number...I asked brian to let me talk to a supervisor he said no and hung up.  I called back again and another operator answered I asked him to put me through to a supervisor..he refused I again asked him our I would have my attorney call...his response to me was "DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO" ...then he hung up...my fourth call finally went to a supervisor....this company calls constantly st ask times...real professional company....

I was asked for my phone number and I dont know it because I only use my cell phone. I told this to the woman and she said she needed my home phone number to look up info.. I asked her if there was any other way and she said she couldn't believe that I didn't kmow my own phone number. I told her she didn't have to be a  smartass about it. she startied to tell me not to raise my voice (I hardly did) . I believe she was going to be arrogant and rude and try to talk down to me again.  Who uses a home phone anyway it is 2012 and I am a busy man who doesnt sit at home on my [***] harassing people.

This is Commonwealth Financial, these people call everyday at least twice. I have spoken with them numerous times. This debt was mine HOWEVER, 12 years ago I settled for less than what was owed on it. These bottom feeders some how got this account and are now trying to make me pay the difference of the settlement. They asked me to prove I paid it.....I don't keep old debt paperwork for 12 years, so how do I prove it. They don't stop and I have since spoke with an attorney. I think I will take the advice, I will be suing them. Lets see if they pay me?

they are magets  scums of the earth, trying to collect on debts from 10 yrs ago, hang up on them block the number. real winners they are I think the have the education of a 6 yr old
