The caller ID showed the number and name as CVG DPT, both undoubtedly spoofed.  Normally I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know, but I thought I'd have some fun with this one.  The woman on the other end had a definitely heavy accent. It was pretty clear to me that English was not her first language. She asked if I still owned a particular vehicle. In reply, I asked her why that should concern her. She hung up.
