Unknown number, suspicious, mining pertsonal information

Received this voice mail  recording of the following message, with no identifying information other than a second number to call. "This is your final call from IRS notifying you that we are filing a law suit against you. Please call 716-218-3432 for more information." Both are suspicious, unknown numbers.

The numbers don't mean anything, really, as they can be faked, but the message is telling: It's a widely known scam.
