A robo recording tells me they're the IRS calling to inform me that they are filing a lawsuit against me and I need to call 202-470-6797

Call states that this is the IRS and it's a final notices about a lawsuit. Says to call IRS Dept 202 239-2087

Call from 724-596-6564 leaving a message that it is the Final Notice and the IRS is filing a suit against me.
To find out more about the case call 206-687-9495 immediately.     Right!    

How come these get reported to authorities but you never here anyone going to trial for any scam that has ever been reported?
