Just got a call to my *non-Pennsylvania* number from a brutish guy who wanted to speak to the person who handles the PPL bill. When I said I thought he had the wrong number, he said "Oh, I think I DO!" then asked if this was the xyz residence. (It wasn't. Never even heard of them.)
This is a landline in some remote part of Pennsylvania...Bruin, PA? No message. Probably yet another pest from the "deregulated" electric world of maniacal idiocy.

Second call received from this number, last one four months ago...This must be a low-volume pest-caller. "Newman" posted above that the caller was interested in PPL bill, confirming my initial suspicion this is yet another emanation from the electrical deregulation scam.
