Notice the poor grammar? Usually a dead giveaway that it's West African. This scumbag is hoping that out of greed or curiosity I will want to claim these funds that don't belong to me and of course, there will be a small handling fee that must be paid via. Western Union. These guys usually have an African number but this one went all out and bought himself an American one.
