ID said Blairsville, PA | call date: 3/28/16, did not answer of course, it left no message (of course)

Pittsburgh area number spoofed by a foreigner.

Checked the phone number.  Didn't pick up. No message left.  Not a local (legitimate) business !!

This number called our home,   we did not answer as it came up on caller Id  as NONE.     I am so sick and tired of these calls!    The do not call list is worthless!!

This call came to my home @ 4:45 PM today. I was away from my phone. Upon trying to return the call, it did not ring. The only ID was Blairsville, PA.  Possibly, a delayed reaction to being made aware that my number is on a "Do not call list"?
