Who called from 7246753050

I received a call from this number asking for vague donations for "police"...wanting me to agree to a pledge.  Didn't go any further when I asked him to verify the agency and spell his last name.  He promptly hung up on me.

Called on line I use for medical device only, obviously telemarketer / spam - scammer. No message.

recorded voice computer call. called for donation to police.  I said no to all questions. it politely said thank you and hung up.

when i answered this call from this number there was nothing but silence
