Recd a text message from this number offering to buy a car in Canada for $700 more than the asking price and asking me to email rogerwilliams1950

was it an @gmail.com address? I just got an email today from [email protected] offering $700 more than my asking price, from a different phone number.

I received a message also from the same email [email protected] offering $700 more than my asking price, from phone 252 208 9844

Was told to email [email protected]. Same person was offering $700 more than the asking price. 252-208-9844. Don't deal with this person.

I got the same thing. Felt a scam and was trying to figure it out. This post helped. Anyone know what his game plan is?
