EMS is a credit card processing company that you DO NOT want to deal with. They are a high pressure, get the signature company. They will not leave without a signed contract, then call back wanting to have you resign the contract. They faxed us half of the document that had the rates on it, wanting us to sign the bottom of the page, then fax it back. They would have filled in whatever rates they wanted without our knowing what they were filling in the blanks. Took some quick work, but we had to close our commercial checking account and start over again to avoid them being able to make withdrawls from our account.
