Same exact call, same message, same reference and phone number.  We actually tried switching suppliers before, several years ago...BIG MISTAKE!  Got 'reamed' both ways, switching off West Penn and then back on.  Start turning off lights and being wise, and delete these messages.

I received the same message.....I am suspicious also.....will NOT be calling them back.

Received exactly same message with same reference number on 1/20/17.  Did call number back and got a steady busy signal.
