This number calls our home and cells all hours of the day and night.  WE do not answer,  since we have no clue who it could be other than a scammer.   Never leaves a message on our answering machine.     Our local paper has informed everyone there are a number of scams going around we are to avoid answering these morons at all costs.   I know from the number its located in New Castle, PA      but we live across the country, so we know for fact it cannot be legitimate.
