The caller says "it's Tim following up on that $250,000  loan email" . They will leave message after message about this supposed loan application that you never filled out, so for what it's worth, It seems to be a loan scam from a local area code, likely spoofed number.  These calls get more irritating by the day now. Go away "Tim"!
