Received a voice-mail message from 724-923-2098. A male stated that he was with the IRS; that they have filed a lawsuit against me, and in order to stop the lawsuit, I needed to call them back. This individual thought that this cabbage just fell off of the cabbage truck. I've had these same calls from "the IRS" before.
