Who called from 7249646606

I received a response to a cragislist ad I had - they offered me $100 more than I was asking to include shipping costs since they were out of town... I just had to send them my PayPal address and they would wire the money.  Craigslist scammer/fraud.

this is some type of scammer phone number.   who do we report it to.

Scammer. Wants me to ship my craigslist item and they'll send money via paypal (and Im sure claim i never sent it). Was a txt msg.
What's funny is, they low balled me! LOL!
