I had phone call from this number yesterday! There was no reason left or could I understand what to do before it hung up

Who is this?

Received two calls from this number wanting a credit card number. To put the call through. Tried to call it back and it said that it was a non-working number???

This number called my 23 year old nephew today saying it was a collect call from Uniontown, PA from my 9yr old son! (Who was there at my nephews's house at the time!). Wanted his credit card info to accept the call, he hung up but he was worried... I called the number back and it said not working.
