I've had the same message (with maybe a different caller ID #) multiple times and whenever you get operator and ask to be taken off list they always hang up. I don't think any legitimate business would behave in this way so I'd consider this "offer" shady to say the least.

After I gave him my name he said "while I'm waiting on the system let me ask you how much credit card debt do you have ?" I responded "Very little.."
