they keep calling 24/7 but will not answer when you pick up.It seems they do not want to work out arrangement to make paymentsto satisfy your account . rather they just want to harass you with no inclination to satisfy your account. They just want to make you miserable. they do not care about your account, there main concern is to try to harass and bother you. It is CREDIT ONE BANK. What a bad institution. They .......... you get my drift.

And, as no doubt he is not a bank employee - he can harass as he pleases as he is not subject to US law.

Scum bags call all day long many different numbers and dont talk right away and if they do talk dont understand them most of the time. Then they want a balance paid up.....And then i say call me back when i get home so i can deal with his instead of at work or in the car, they just say they need it done now.....I said well i am at work or driving and cannot.....They well call us on your lunch or pull over......Sorry !
