Wow, glad I found this! The scary part, they have the last 4 of my social! They claimed I had TD Credit Card! When I asked for everything in writing they said it was too late and I'd be served at my home & place of business & that the call recording would be used in the court proceedings...
I have had several calls from this number indicating a lien against a relative. When I try to call back to indicate they have the wrong number, I am unable to connect to speak with anyone. I cannot find this business in an Internet search. Thank you.
This sounds identical to same 'Capital Dockets and Liens' robo-call from 561-288-6311 (received one from there 2 days ago, and the web has a few months of that number being source of same scam robocall), with only difference being the call-back number. Sounds like a franchise, with each franchisee having their own callback number. For technical info, this scam artist appears to be using a service-provider auto-attendant / computer telephony integration / call management product called CommPilot.
We are also receiving the same phone calls from this number for my father who is deceased 4 years now. They have started calling relatives regarding the same. They are asking us to hire an attorney to resolve the issue. Call back number as stated above "unable to answer your phone call, please call back." How can we stop these calls?
