The call is from Professional Surveys, Inc., a company hired by USAA (insurance) to verify auto policy information. They are legitimate. I was able to confirm it by checking with USAA directly.
NOTE: You should not be receiving calls from them if you are not a USAA member.

They keep calling me, even though I just updated my auto policy information with USAA in response to the initial calls and messages, which I received a few weeks ago. I just asked USAA to turn them off, and to delete my cell phone number from their database. This is my second recent attempt for both. The USAA representative says that he took care of both issues, so hopefully they will stop calling me.
