It is a collection agency. They have phone workers acting like they are the lawyers. They have been bugging me for weeks about a small bill that was between a hospital and insurance company.
Very aggravating asking for personal information and continued to call over and over again.
Hangs up on me when I refuse to offer and or verify . Harrasment. ..
Calls repeatedly and very aggrevating. I have explained to them that I have already paid the hospital bill directly to the hospital. They say that they show that but then call again a few days later.
