Got a call from this number did not answer as I suspected it was spam and possibly a spoofed number. Called them back with my called ID blocked, they answered Mario's Air Conditioning but it sounded like a boiler room operation with all the voices in the background. Checked with BBB, their web site indicated there was an Alert for this company, which reads as follows:
"BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning sales practice issues that customers experienced after responding to the company's advertised maintenance special. On November 20, 2012, BBB contacted Mario's Air Conditioning, requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. The company does not believe that it has a pattern of complaints and stated the reason for the increase in complaints is a former qualifier/license holder is soliciting and doing business under the name Mario's AC without permission of the company. The company believes consumers are complaining against the wrong company."
Note the Marios on the BBB site as a different phone number, Phone: (727) 843-9598
