Identified as "Global PC Experts, Inc.  middle eastern accent. Tells me someone is attacking my PC.  (Yeah, right! I'm a security expert with 20+ years training/experience. Heavily firewalled and proxied)
Tries to get me to run commands in a DOS window..  I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
