I applied for an online loan. Got a text to call this number as loan had been approved through GE Capital Bank. Like an idiot I gave bank info as loan was to be deposited in 4 hrs. I then went to bank just as a precaution and withdrew all my money. Four hours later, nothing, I changed my password and security questions just in case. Will let bank know tomorrow. After hours today, go figure. Caller id'd himself as Kevin Smith but this was not unusual as outsourced customer service reps (this man was from India it sounded like) normally are given Americanized names. Boy do I feel stupid. Now I am afraid to answer any of the other offers altogether. Grrrr.
