Called our business about New Neighbor mailing lists. Apparently they mail out coupons etc. to people moving into your area. They are based in Florida and our business is in the western half of the US. We only work with local marketing companies, so I passed. I have used this tactic in the past and there is not much value or new business generated from these mailing lists anyway.
Just got a call from them. No message. I searched online and the name of the company is Our Town America, Inc. I guess is just another Unsolicited marketing call.
I have used these guys in the past, the results weren't outstanding but it was worth what they charged, for us anyways. They are cheaper than some similar services.
