I have received 2 calls from this guy today and several over the past few days stating he is from the attorney generals office in Florida and there is a warrant out for my arrest for a payday loan for Cash Advance America. If I had a payday loan out it wouldn't be in Florida since I live half way across the country and the attorney generals' office wouldn't be calling me about it,the companys' attorney would be.These people are so stupid. They say the most stupid things as well. They have thick accents, act like the Americans are stupid and we are going to fall for this crap and give them our information and money. I feel sorry for uneducated people who get scared by these people and elderly vulnerable people who might fall for this.
Well they are extortionists. They try to scare you into paying them money. They say all sort of bad things are going to happen to you because (they are the Attorney General's office) and because of some non-existent loan you supposedly defaulted on. But-- they can make the whole thing go away if you just send them some money by untraceable means.
