Just received the same phone call that they wanted to serve me papers. Told them they had the wrong number and he hung up on me. Called back and it was magic jack. I sent magic jack an email to look into it. Not sure if they will or not but worth a shot.
Received call from this number with a threat to serve papers of some sort. Would not reveal who, what, or why? Was told that now that they had talked with someone in the house the person they were calling for had to call a certain other number and present a case file or they would be serving papers at this person's home. Claimed they had attempted to serve two times already.
I see this as a threat .....an unfair threat for there is not information to go on.
I would like to report this number .
Thank you
